veli(Q Lab designs, builds and operates AI agents and software products for businesses. Information on this website describes our capabilities in general terms and is not an offer. Any project, subscription or managed service is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or product terms), which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
Examples, figures, workflows and calculator results on this website are illustrative. Actual outcomes depend on your processes, data and systems.
3. Our AI agent chat
- Our AI agent is an automated system. It can make mistakes, and its replies are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
- Nothing the agent says creates a binding commitment on price, scope or timeline. Only a written agreement signed by veli(Q Lab does.
- Please don't share passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal data in the chat.
- You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or agent for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass security measures, except through our responsible disclosure process.
- Try to manipulate the AI agent into producing harmful content or revealing confidential information.
- Scrape, copy or reverse engineer the website or agent at scale, or use it to build a competing service.
- Send spam, malware or content that infringes others' rights.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, graphics, logos (including the veli(Q name and marks) and software are owned by or licensed to veli(Q Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not reuse our content or marks without written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.
6. Third-party services
Our website links to and integrates with third-party services, including LINE, WhatsApp, Telegram and AI model providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The website and AI agent chat are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, veli(Q Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or AI agent chat. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify veli(Q Lab against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
